2026 ABLL COMBINE & PLAYER TRYOUTS
The ABLL will host a player combine and tryouts to join the league:
- Create a Player Pool to fill the 2028 Barnstorming Showcase Tour
- When: November 21 & 22
- Where: Mary C Winder Community Center, Oneida, New York
- What: Elite Lacrosse Players Will Have the opportunity to tryout and be placed on ABLL SHOWCASE TOUR & The Inaugural season team rosters. For more information, click here to contact us.
BEYOND 2027:
- Grow to thirty six (36) Teams with a National Footprint
- Create Six (6) Divisions of Six Teams in Each Division
- Mid Atlantic Area And Southern States are the Next Expansion Market Targets
- Southern, Midwest & West Divisions will be Developed Thereafter
LEAGUE LAUNCH
- The ABLL Will Launch Up to Six (6) Teams in 2028 to Start Inaugural Season of Play.
- The Inaugural Season will be Focused on the Northeast Region of the United States
- League Growth of 4-6 Incremental Teams Annually to grow Divisions in the Mid-Atlantic, South, Mid-West, and West Coast
- The ABLL Will Develop a League Schedule Of At Least Ten Total Games Per Team (5 Home & 5 Away)
- Increase games played as the league grows
- The ABLL Season Timeline: January-April (Playoffs in April)
- As the league grows, games will start in November and end in March (Playoffs in April)
- The ABLL Will Develop League Showcases / Combines Within A “Tour Model” To Attract Players, Fans, Media Interest and Prepare For Growth
- The ABLL Will Develop a tiered level LAX Ecosystem to Develop Other Markets And Prepare For Expansion and Player Development
2027 LEAGUE SHOWCASE TOUR
From January through March of 2027, the ABLL will roster teams and hold showcase games in markets & venues that the league will play in when the 2028 Inaugural Season Launches
- The Purpose of the Showcase Tour is:
- Create a Player Pool to fill the 2028 Barnstorming Showcase Tour
- To “Tease” the markets we will be launching in and showcase our product
- To showcase ABLL talent
- To begin team operations
- To engage the local market fan base
- To engage the local market media and excite the region that a new league and team is coming their way
